Success Story – Nov – Clay Clark

    Ms. Clay Clark came to Hallmark after a brief stay at the hospital for dysphagia, unintentional weight loss, and intrahepatic. She was referred for skilled therapy services to increase strength/endurance and balance to improve overall functional transfer and independence with daily living.

    Ms. Clark received occupational, physical, and speech therapy while here at Hallmark Healthcare. Ms. Clark worked very hard every day, determined to discharge home after completing her therapy. Ms. Clark would always state “work me hard so I can be able to enjoy my grandchildren and garden.” After her hard work and determination, Ms. Clark was able to return home to her residence utilizing a rollator for assist with functional mobility. We feel blessed to have her as a patient at Hallmark and will be greatly missed!
